Pet Policy
You have come to the right place with your furry friends!
The Livano Trinity is a pet-friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.
Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2. Our monthly pet rent is $25 per pet per month and we have a two pet per household limit. The best part is, we do not have a weight limit! We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Bull Mastiff
Wolf-dog hybrid
Great Dane
St Bernard
Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Pet Friendly Apartments in Nashville, TN
At Livano Trinity, your pets are just as important to us, which is why we offer incredible amenities just for them! Our Livano Pet Center offers boarding for both dogs and cats, dog day care, grooming, and veterinary services. We also have a large, fenced pet park for your furry friends to play with the other Livano pets. If you're looking for more privacy, we offer pet yards in select homes.
